• Make knots every day for 4 days
• Perform 4 different actions (actions based on the object)
• Total of 4 new materials
• Any 3 intervened parts of the studies must be used in a unique context
• The total number of knots at the end of 4 studies must be a lot more than what exists currently
• To be performed by more than 1 person
• Document your process daily
